Ancak bu mimaride \u00f6yle bir tu\u011fla vard\u0131r ki, onun do\u011fru yere konmas\u0131 bir ulusun kaderini de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir: \u00dcst\u00fcn yetenekli \u00e7ocuklar. Bug\u00fcn \u00fclkemizde Bilim ve Sanat Merkezleri (<strong>B\u0130LSEM<\/strong>) \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda somutla\u015fan bu \u00f6zel e\u011fitim modeli, asl\u0131nda ne modern d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ani bir ke\u015ffidir ne de sadece laboratuvar duvarlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f akademik bir teoridir. Bu k\u00f6kl\u00fc anlay\u0131\u015f, Anadolu topraklar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczy\u0131llar \u00f6ncesinden d\u00fcnyaya miras b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 evrensel bir deha y\u00f6netim sisteminin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B\u0130LSEM<\/strong> koridorlar\u0131nda bizzat soludu\u011fum, sahadan elde etti\u011fim g\u00f6zlemlerle ve kendi kamerama yans\u0131yan somut \u00fcretimlerle sabittir ki; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n d\u00fcnyas\u0131na i\u00e7eriden bakabilen, onlar\u0131n potansiyelini teoriden prati\u011fe d\u00f6ken alanlar\u0131n eksikli\u011fi ciddi \u015fekilde hissedilmektedir. Bu yaz\u0131, tam da o bo\u015flu\u011fu doldurmak; k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir tarihten beslenen bu \u00f6zel e\u011fitim modelini bilimsel ve pratik ger\u00e7ekleriyle masaya yat\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tarihin En K\u00f6kl\u00fc Deha Okulu: Enderun Mektebi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcn \u00fcst\u00fcn yetenekli \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n e\u011fitimi \u00fczerine kurulan modern teorileri incelerken, y\u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc mutlaka tarihe d\u00f6nmek zorunday\u0131z. Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nun cihan devleti olmas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131ndaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131r, hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz <strong>Enderun Mektebi<\/strong>\u2019ydi. Enderun, sadece bir saray okulu de\u011fil; imparatorlu\u011fun d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndan gelen en parlak zekalar\u0131n, en yetenekli \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n adeta bir kuyumcu titizli\u011fiyle i\u015flendi\u011fi bir deha akademisiydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Enderun\u2019un felsefesi iki temel \u00fczerine kuruluyordu: <strong>&#8220;Liyakat ve Kabiliyet&#8221;<\/strong>. \u00c7ocuklar ilgi ve yeteneklerine g\u00f6re ayr\u0131\u015f\u0131r; devlet adam\u0131, komutan, mimar ya da sanat\u00e7\u0131 olarak potansiyellerinin en \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. Bug\u00fcn modern pedagojinin <strong>&#8220;bireyselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f e\u011fitim&#8221;<\/strong> veya <strong>&#8220;zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015f m\u00fcfredat&#8221;<\/strong> dedi\u011fi kavramlar, y\u00fczy\u0131llar \u00f6nce Enderun\u2019da bir devlet politikas\u0131 olarak kusursuzca uygulan\u0131yordu. \u0130\u015fte bug\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>B\u0130LSEM<\/strong>\u2019leri, bu tarihsel haf\u0131zan\u0131n ve geneti\u011fin modern e\u011fitim sistemindeki yegane varisidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u0130LSEM Nedir ve \u00dcst\u00fcn Yetenekli \u00c7ocuk Kimdir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Bilim ve Sanat Merkezleri (<strong>B\u0130LSEM<\/strong>), \u00f6rg\u00fcn e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131na devam eden ve genel zihinsel, g\u00f6rsel sanatlar veya m\u00fczik alanlar\u0131nda akranlar\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde performans g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi uzmanlarca tan\u0131lanan \u00f6\u011frencilere, okul d\u0131\u015f\u0131 saatlerde \u00f6zel e\u011fitim destek programlar\u0131 sunan benzersiz bir yap\u0131d\u0131r. Burada ama\u00e7, \u00e7ocu\u011fu standart okul m\u00fcfredat\u0131n\u0131n tek tiple\u015ftirici \u00e7emberinden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p, onun h\u0131z\u0131na ve derinli\u011fine uygun bir alan a\u00e7makt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Peki, rehberlik ve pedagoji bilimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n temel \u00f6zellikleri nelerdir? Sahada kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan profili daha geni\u015f bir yelpazede ele almak gerekir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Asenkron Geli\u015fim (E\u015f Zamanl\u0131 Olmayan Geli\u015fim):<\/strong> \u00dcst\u00fcn yetenekli \u00e7ocuklarda zihinsel geli\u015fim, kronolojik ya\u015f\u0131n ve duygusal geli\u015fimin \u00e7ok \u00f6n\u00fcndedir. 10 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun zihni yeti\u015fkin d\u00fczeyinde felsefi veya bilimsel sorgulamalar yaparken, duygusal d\u00fcnyas\u0131 hala 10 ya\u015f\u0131n hassasiyetini ta\u015f\u0131yabilir. Soru sorma becerileri s\u0131radan de\u011fildir; nedenlerin arkas\u0131ndaki ni\u00e7inleri ararlar.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Geli\u015fmi\u015f Mizah ve Soyut D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme Becerisi:<\/strong> Kavramlar aras\u0131nda kimsenin g\u00f6remedi\u011fi ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 h\u0131zla kurarlar. Ya\u015flar\u0131ndan beklenmeyecek kadar ince, felsefi veya s\u00f6zel ironi bar\u0131ndran bir mizah yetene\u011fine sahiptirler.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 Duyarl\u0131l\u0131k ve G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Adalet Hissidir:<\/strong> D\u00fcnyadaki sorunlara, \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fine, haks\u0131zl\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 akranlar\u0131ndan \u00e7ok daha erken ya\u015fta ve derin bir k\u00fcresel sorumlulukla yakla\u015f\u0131rlar. Sadece tek bir alana odaklanan e\u011fitim sistemleri bu halkalar\u0131 birle\u015ftiremez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Yine e\u011fitim bilimci <strong>Abraham Tannenbaum\u2019un &#8220;Y\u0131ld\u0131z Modeli&#8221;<\/strong> \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ve <strong>Lewis Terman\u2019\u0131n<\/strong> tarihi <strong>&#8220;Genius&#8221; (Deha)<\/strong> boylamsal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki: \u00dcst\u00fcn yetenekli \u00e7ocuklar do\u011fru sosyo-psikolojik \u00e7evre ve zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir e\u011fitimle desteklenmediklerinde, potansiyelleri h\u0131zla k\u00f6relmekte, sistem i\u00e7inde kaybolmakta ve hatta ciddi okul uyumsuzluklar\u0131 ya\u015famaktad\u0131rlar. Yaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u00e7ine ekledi\u011fimiz, <strong>B\u0130LSEM<\/strong> b\u00fcnyesinde kendi \u00e7ekti\u011fim ve editledi\u011fim videoda, bu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n zihinsel kapasitelerinin, problem \u00e7\u00f6zme becerilerinin ve \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin canl\u0131 bir laboratuvar \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6receksiniz.
